Place: Room F304

Time: 8.30 – 10.00
Description: In this workshop we will be presenting how to create a radio drama in foreign language classes as a unique opportunity to improve listening, speaking and writing skills in a meaningful context inside and outside the classroom. We will introduce methods as to how to motivate the students to improve speaking skills and natural speech practice by creating their own stories, acting them out and recording them using devices available to everyone. Students learn to work collaboratively and be responsible for their production and experience an immediate result. They create a product that can be shared outside of the classroom and reach a broad audience. The participants in this workshop will get the opportunity to try out in small groups how to create a radio story and use it as a method of language learning from a student’s perspective.
