Description: Continuous professional development is a life-long learning for teachers. Among all different ways of building up teaching proficiency, observing other teachers and being observed by colleagues is one of the key elements of CPD that helps teachers to get their hands-on experience and reflect on their every day teaching. In our presentation we would like to share our experience in organizing observations for different groups of teachers, share good and bad practices and draw attention to the importance of feedback, that makes observation a relevant and important tool for teachers development.
